Subject: Future Consumption Protocol

In the circumstances of the economic downturn, incomes and benefits of SHTL have

declined extraordinarily amid the going before four years. After the careful deliberation, the
Budget Committee has decided to redesign the financial stewardship that carries SHTL through
what appear to be a two years planned cycle as a trial to cope with the serious state
of setback within the revenue.

A Brief about the above mentioned the Budget committee decides upon the cost cutting on some
expenditures on the company which will be counted as our contribution back to the organization
in this period of trial. One of the cost cutting expenditures would include the dismissal of the
food coverage with an immediate effect.

As a team I would encourage and expect our entire team to be supportive on our decision. These
