Performed Lead role in Engineering team which involved designing and developing technical solutions
for various new business expansion initiatives of Sunpower (Design and develop integrations with third
party Loan services like Mosaic and other applications like Aurora). Initially involved in working as part

Project Summary: HRCM is a case management support system implemented for HR team to support
various functions. On the high level, employees can reach out HR team via phone, community and email.
The respective functionalities are implemented in SFDC. The SAP system is the employee's master data
and web methods pushes the data to SFDC by consuming the bulk API at regular intervals. During the
employee's data load for new employees a community user will be created automatically. The routing of
the cases happens mostly based on the categories of the cases. In case of email-to-case the cases are
always assigned to the offline team who updates the case and perform the re-assignment. For specific
category of the cases, feedback been collected via the TIMBA surveys.
