ASSESMENT
-tricycle driver(may trigger his SOB)
-non compliant of medications
-drug interactions
-albuterol + metformin
-Albuterol may interfere with blood glucose control and reduce the effectiveness of
metformin and other diabetic medications.

PLAN
-advice the patient the advantage of his medication for his diabetes.
-advice the patient to refrain from cigarettes smoking.
-advice the patient to use mask to reduce the inhalation of smoke while driving.
-counsel the patient on when and how insulin r is properly administered.
-blood glucose monitoring.
-reduction of activities that may trigger his SOB.
-dose adjustment of your diabetic medications during and after treatment with albuterol.
