Work Scope: As per the above contract and actual work completed.
(1) We had already completed all the works in the scope of the contract;
(2) All the HTG materials and machines had been returned;
(3) All the chargeable materials, diesel, water, rentable house, machines supplied by
HTG has been deducted the cost from the R.A.Bills submitted by us;
(4) All the quantity completed by us already be confirmed and billed.
(5) All invoicing has been completed;
(6) All the payment which we should get had been received (Except quality guarantee
amount);
(7) All the safety, quality penalty has been deducted from our R.A.Bills ;
(8) All the payment of dues to our workmen and supplier already be paid;
(9) All the tax which we should pay had already paid to government department.
(10) All the others obligation under the contract which we should perform had been
completely performed and fulfilled;
We are planning to leave this site. Therefore, we are hereby requesting HTG the in
charge departments to confirm the above issues. We also confirm that all the issue (claim
and dispute) of this project had already been closed. In the further, we will not make
more requirements include balance quantity and any compensation issue, and sincerely
hope to cooperate again in next project.
