1 Module Description

Monitoring and Evaluation module provides the systematic collection and analysis of information of all the
process areas of Water Resources Department.

2 Basic Definitions

Public Reports: All reports that are visible to public on EIMS portal are called as public reports

Private Reports: These reports are available in specific modules or pulled into the Evaluation monitoring
tab but only accessible by login and to a specific role.

3 Module Features

The key features of the modules are listed below:

3.1 Search

There are following search screen available in Monitoring and Evaluation:-

Feasibility Status Monitoring Report: User has facility to search the details of registered new
Schemes according to Office (Basin, Circle and Division), Scheme Name, Project Type and
Project Status.
Minor Scheme Monitoring Report: User has facility to search the Abstract Details (Total
Ongoing Schemes, Physical Abstract, Financial Abstract etc) of Minor Scheme records according
to scheme and funding head.
Water Users Association Report: User has facility to search the registered Water Users
Association on Schemes according to Basin, Sub-offices and Scheme Category.
CADA Monitoring Report: User has facility to search the records of CADA Work Details
according to Year, Activity and Scheme Category.
Contracts Monitoring Report: User has facility to search the total number of contracts with their
payment and agreement amount details according to financial year and Source of Fund.
Reservoir Monitoring Report: User has facility to search the total reservoir updated as on date.
Dam Safety Inspection Report: User has facility to search the inspected dam details of Pre-
Monsoon/Post-Monsoon/DSO.
Non Agricultural Revenue Report: User has facility to search the records of receivable revenue
of water supply from Industry/Consumers according to financial year.
Crop Revenue Report: User has facility to search the records of receivable revenues of water
supply from farmers according to financial year. These records are categorized by basin and sub-
offices.
Canal Offence Report: User has facility to search Canal Offence details according to district,
status, scheme name, FIR date.
Irrigation Monitoring Report: User has facility to search the Irrigation details of Category
(Major/Medium/Minor) according to Crop, year and funding head. These records are categorized
by Scheme Category (Major/Medium/Minor).

3.2 Export Utilities

EIMS provides facilities to export the records in xls and pdf format.

3.3 Hindi/English Support

The module has provision to switch between Hindi and English language. The form fields can toggle
between Hindi and English.

4 How to Access Monitoring and Evaluation Module


4.1 From EIMS Home Page

On mouse over Reports Tab, It displayed the list of available Monitoring and Evaluation reports.

4.3 Role Based Screen Access

There are customized reports which are available publicly (i.e. anybody can access it over internet).

The roles in EIMS can be any of the following:

Monitoring Role – Monitoring Officer view and generate the reports.


Supervisory Role – Supervisory view and generate the reports.

Admin Role - Admin authorize to view and generate the reports.

There are several WRD Officers (Admin, E-In-C, OSD, PS, SE, CE, EE, SDO / AE) / User to access the
public reports.

5.1.1 Feasibility Status Monitoring Report

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User

Operations:

1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select FSM Report.
3. It displays the “New Scheme (Form-5) Report”. User can search the Scheme Details according to
Basin, Circle, Division, Project Type etc.

Doing the same approach, User can access/view the Old Surveyed Scheme Report, RRR Scheme,
NVDA Schemes Report.

5.1.2 Minor Scheme Monitoring Report

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Minor Scheme Monitoring Report.
3. It displays the “Minor Schemes Abstract Report (CE wise)”. User can search the Minor Scheme
Monitoring Details according to Funding Head and Monitoring Schemes.

On click Office Name, User can monitor the data of Sub-Offices.

5.1.3 Water Allocation Report

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Water Allocation Report.
3. It displays the “Abstract Report (Basin wise)”. It displays the Basin Wise Abstract Report of
Water Allocation.

On click of Number of Allocations, user gets to know about the water allocation to the consumer of related
Division Name.

5.1.4 WUA Report

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select WUA Report.
3. It displays the Circle Wise Water Users Association Report.

On click of office name, user gets the information of Water Users Association details of their Sub-Offices.

See the detailed view of above report.

On click of “No of WUA”, it displays the details of WUA. Click here to


generate Excel

To generate report in xls format, User press the xls icon on screen.

5.1.5 CADA Monitoring Reports

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select CADA Monitoring Reports.
3. It displays the Circle Wise Command Area Development Authority (CADA) Monitoring Report.

On click of Office Name, it displays the Sub Office CADA Monitoring Details.

On click of No of Works digit, it displays the CADA Work List details.

On click “View Record Progress” button, it displays the complete details of CADA work progress.

To generate report in pdf Format, User press the pdf icon button on screen.

5.1.6 Contracts Monitoring Report

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Contracts Monitoring Reports.
3. It displays the payment details (Agreement Amount) of the contracts.

Above report shows the all contract details according to Basin Name, by providing the search Source of
Fund and Year.

On click Basin Name, User gets contract details of selected Circle Name.

On click „No of Contracts‟, it displays the Detailed Records of the Circle.

To generate report in pdf Format, User press the pdf icon button on screen.

Doing the same approach, User categroies the contracts detail on clicking “On-Goin Contracts”,
”Completed Contracts”, ”Terminated Contracts”, “Work-Stopped Contracts” buttons.

5.1.7 Reservoir Monitoring Reports

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Contracts Monitoring Reports.
3. It displays the registered Reservoirs and updated Reservoirs of current date.

On click „Expand All‟, see the following.

Get the details of Reservoir Name with their Live Capacity, Time and other details.

Doing the same approach, user can access the “Reservoir Water Level Details”, “Gate Opening Details”,
“Position of Reservoir Gates”, “River Gauge Water Level Report”.

5.1.8 Dam Safety Inspection Reports

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on „Report‟ Tab and select „Dam Safety Inspection Reports‟.
3. It displays the inspection details divided as Monsoon type then sub-divided as Inspected and
Reviewed.

On click Basin Name, it displays the records according to Sub Offices.

On click Inspected/Reviewed number, it displays the complete Inspection Details.

Doing same approach, User access “State Dam Health Status Report”, “Dam Inspecetion Report”, “Dam
Inspection Chart Report”, “Report of Dam Category”, “National Importance Dam”, “State Importance
Dam”.

5.1.9 Non Agricultural Revenue Report

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:

1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Non Agricultural Revenue Report.
3. It displays the information about the revenue collected from industries and consumers.

On click Revenue Head, it is categorized according to Water Usage Type.

On click Domestic Water Usage Type, it displays the Consumer Type records of current Financial Year.

On click “No of Allocation”, it displays the detailed records of offices and sub-offices of current financial
year.

Doing same approach, User access “Abstract Report”, “Summary Report”, “Consumer Registered List”,
“Water Usages Rates”.

5.1.10 Canal Water Depth Reports

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Canal Water Depth Reports.
3. It displays details of Canal like length, measurement point, distributory off-take point.

On click “Diagram Section Name”, It displays the line diagram of Canal like as Distributory Name, RD
points and Depth of Water.

On click “View Diagrams”, it displays the graph of Distributory Offtake Point and Main Canal Monitoring
Point graphs of the selected canal.

5.1.11 Crop Revenue Reports

1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Crop Revenue Reports.
3. It displays the record of received revenue for water supply from farmers of current financial year.

On click of Office Name, it displays the record of Offices and Sub-Offices.

To generate report in pdf Format, User press the “Print” button on screen.

Doing same approach, User access “Farmers Details”, “Water Usage Rates Details”, “Water Usages
Association Details”, “Revenue Details”.

5.1.12 Canal Offence Reports

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Canal Offence Reports.
3. It displays the registered Scheme Name and their FIR details according to District.

On click FIR No., user see the Offence Details related to Office Details, Scheme Details, FIR Details as
well as Action List.

5.1.13 Irrigation Monitoring Reports

Primary Role: Monitoring Officer/User


Operations:
1. Open mpwrd.gov.in
2. Click on “Report” Tab and select Irrigation Monitoring Details.
3. It displays the registered Reservoirs and updated Reservoirs of current date.

On click “Scheme Category”, User displays Irrigation Monitoring of current financial year.
