CR implementation by 2 parts NodeB & RNC level:

1- Deactivate U2100 cell of 1st carrier & 2nd carrier for co-sector(From RNC).
2- Crate new U2100 cell of 1st carrier & 2nd carrier for co-sector group (From
NodeB).
3- Add cells to multi-carrier cell group to unify their groups (From NodeB).
3- Set MC Inter-Board Joint Scheduling Switch to ON (From NodeB).
4- TCELL in one cell group should have the same setting to unify cell group(From
RNC)
5- Activate U2100 cell of 1st carrier & 2nd carrier for co-sector(From RNC).
6- Enable DC-HSDPA parameter for 1st carrier & 2nd carrier for co-sector(From RNC).

Implementation steps:

1. Extracting the new CGIs and their HZs from the RNP(s).
1. Creating new form of the required HZ on SDP-RMA/Pre-analysis tree.
2. Adding the CGIs of this specific HZ to the new form.
3. Activate the new form. The CGIs of this HZ are now active on the SDP.
4. Repeating above steps for each HZ.
4. Adding the new CGIs to the service location mode list on Baghdad Globitel SGW
(USSD).
5. Adding the new CGIs to the service location mode list on Suly Globitel SGW
(USSD).

Test method:

- Confirm CGI definition through NMT server.

Rollback:

- Deleting the CGIs from the SDPs and the USSDs (Baghdad and Suly Globitel
SGWs).

For RANO dept its already add in CR:

below implementation procedure :
1/ add 3rd carrier cells from CME
2/ reduce the PWR for the existing U2100 1st and 2nd Carrier as in CR , sheet PWR

3/ define the new cells on Port A & B from MML commands
4/implement the pwr sharing feature in the last sheet from CME
