Guideline for rescuing analyzer with black screen

1. Material preparation before replacement

 One SD card with latest version BOOT software inside (BOOT SD card for 1001)

 One SD card with latest version HOST software inside (HOST SD card for 1001)

Note: Host SD card is the final SD card configured with each analyzer, do not remove the HOST
SD from the main board after HOST software programming succeeded

2. SD replacement instruction guide

Step 1: Programming the latest BOOT software to the main board with the BOOT
SD card

1) Shut down the analyzer and then remove the old problematic SD card from the
main board

2) Install the BOOT SD card and then adjust the DIP switch to ON port

3) Power on the analyzer to programming the BOOT software to the main board
Note: When this screen interface appears, please wait for 1 minute for the boot file
programming and then go to next

4) Check the D79/D90/D52 indicators on the main board, if all these three
indicators are blinking, it means the boot software has been successfully
programmed into the main board, and then go to Step 2

Step 2: Programming the latest HOST software to the main board with the HOTS
SD card
1) Shut down the analyzer and then remove the BOOT SD card

2) Install the HOST SD card and then adjust the DIP switch to NAND port

3) Power on the analyzer to program the HOST software to the main board,The
HOST SD card should be kept on the main board

Step 3: Calibrate the touch screen

Power on the analyzer to do the touch screen calibration

Step 4: Recovery defaulted setting for Calibration coefficient and Gain setting
which provide by Dymind engineer.
