GROUP 4 SWITCHES

1) START SWITCH
① There are three positions, OFF, ON and START.
· (OFF) : None of electrical circuits activate.
· (ON) : All the systems of machine operate.
· (START) : Use when starting the engine. Release key imme-
diately after starting.
Key must be in the ON position with engine running to maintain

electrical and hydraulic function and prevent serious machine
damage.

2) FRONT CONSOLE SWITCHES

Each switch has an insert with a graphic symbol, this symbol and the switch descriptions are
detailed below.

steps.
·1st step : Side lights come ON.

※ Use 2 wheels drive mode when driving long distance or high speed.
※ Use 4 wheels drive mode when operating in heavy duty site condi-
tions, for instance, deep mud, undulating surfaces, slurry etc.

(3) Differential lock switch

① This switch is used to apply differential lock.
The differential lock gives equal power to both rear wheels and is
used in conditions when traction is poor.
※ Make sure that this switch must be on when machine is stationary

and neutral position of FNR lever.
Do not switch on driving. Otherwise it will cause the failure of dif-
ferential and differential lock system.

(4) Fuel warmer switch (option)

① This is used to operate the fuel warmer system in cold weather.
② Turn engine starting switch to "ON" position and press the fuel
warmer switch ON.
Then, start engine after waiting about 1-2 minutes.
More time may take according to ambient temperature.

※ It is recommended to press this switch off when the coolant tem-
perature reaches about 50˚C.

(5) Ride control switch (option)

① This switch is used to operate the ride control system.
② The ride control system will smooth the ride of the machine during
traveling uneven grounds.

(6) Hazard warning switch

① Press to switch on the hazard warning lights. A light on the instru-
ment panel flashes with the outside light.

① This switch is used to stop the buzzer sound when the machine has
a problem.
In this case, if the switch is pressed, the sound will be stopped.

the washer. Note that the wiper will self-park when switched off.

① Press down to switch on the rear work lights. The work lights will
work independently of the main lights circuit.

(5) Front work lights switch

① Press to switch on the front work lights. The work lights will work
independently of the main lights circuit.
Do not drive on the road with the work lights switched on. You
can interfere with other drivers visibility and cause an accident.

(6) Return to dig switch (option)

① This switch is use to roll the shovel from the rolled forward position
into digging position quickly and easily.

(7) Low speed control switch

① This switch is used to slow move the loader & backhoe operation.
② If this switch is pressed, the flow from one of two hydraulic pumps is
drained to the hydraulic tank directly.
※ Press on this switch when traveling on the road.

machine to other vehicles or equipment.
② Push the lever up for turning left, pull the lever down for turning

① This switch is at the control lever (loader side).
On pressing, the transmission is cut-off from the engine. This gives
more power to the loader.

6) MASTER SWITCH
(1) This switch is used to shut off the entire electrical system.

(2) I : The battery remains connected to the electrical system.
O : The battery is disconnected to the electrical system.
※ Never turn the master switch to O (OFF) with the engine run-
ning. Engine and electrical system damage could result.

7) CAB INTERIOR LIGHT

(1) Remove ON/OFF to switch on the cab interior light.
Make sure the light is turned off when you intend to leave the
machine for a long period of time.
