I, Kothapalli Sai Sri Harsha (2012056) completed my law course in batch of 2012-
2017. Till now the institution has not given the original decree certificate to me. For my
academic purpose I needed copy of my provisional certificate. I am authorising Mr. Anand
Hitesh student of 5th year to collect the provisional certificate on my behalf. I am enclosing
the copy of receipt of Rs. 50/- for the purpose of obtaining the attested copy of provisional
