At the same time I would like to make suggestions about the signup proces that I hope you will consider implementing, ‘The inital response from our constiuents to the news tat Publix sores in Palm Beach County would be giving vaccinations was overwhelmingly postive, However, since the rollout we've leamed that many senior who are Bnxious to got vaccinated have been frustrated bythe signup process. For every person who is successful at booking an appointment here are many ‘more who did not get an appointment. Te mathematical reality is that twill ‘ake an eligible senior many frustrating early momings in front of the ‘computer before being able fo get an appointment. ‘Since Publix is now the defacto primary provider of COVID vaccines in our ‘county, our constituents are counting on you. Asan elected official 'm ‘asking you to streamline this process to make it more acessble, equitable and efficient.
