Objective:

Determine No matter how old we are, a healthy life is essential to stay active and full
of energy.
Introduction

In this text we will give you some suggestions that can help you turn healthy habits
into a lifestyle and thus achieve the balance that your body needs.

But this is being acquired from childhood and this would already be our lifestyle,

You don't need to have a lot of money or have a lot of time to follow these tips that
will undoubtedly help you feel physically and mentally renewed.
Physical activity

It is important to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and lead a healthy life. You can
dance, go to the gym, run, walk or play sports; Through any of these activities you
can improve your physical performance.

Maintain good hydration

Water is essential for the body as it helps you regulate body temperature, keeping
the skin hydrated and elastic, lubricating joints and organs and maintaining good
digestion.

Our body loses water through urine, feces, breathing, and sweating; therefore, it is
commonly recommended to drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily.

Eat healthy

Good eating habits include a balanced diet and choosing an eating plan according to
each person's body. In this way, we can ensure that the human body has the
necessary nutrients, it can help us avoid disease and infection, and it can eliminate
weight-related problems.

Sleep well

It is recommended to sleep at least 6 hours a day, because sleeping less will affect
your health. Some of the problems caused by lack of sleep are: weakened reflexes,
inattention, and appetite and stomach problems. Don't forget to rest with a clear
mind, without any inconvenience, to stay calm during sleep.
Conclusion

Any excess will bring negative consequences. For this reason, these habits should
not be abused. If you eat better and want dessert one day, you can. If you have
exercise habits and want to rest someday, it is best that you do it. The key is to
follow your body's requirements at the time. Of course, you don't need to go to
extremes. The most important thing is to stay calm and feel good physically and
emotionally. Only then can you lead a very healthy life.
