As per job description, the Lead Quality Engineer reports to Senior Program Manager and is responsible
to support the management of QA/QC plans, reports, strategies, quality procedures and standards,
contractors management and monitoring and progress control of all works under RSHQ program in full
alignment with AFOC QA/QC plan.
