HR Business Systems Analyst Needed!


Job Description:
Adelaide Brighton Company deals with the manufacture of a wide range of construction
materials in Australia. An experienced Human Resource Business Systems Analyst is expected
to work closely with the HR Business offices to bolster all administrative, consistence, strategic,
and enterprise initiatives and work with a group of business analysts for the betterment of a
company.
Roles:
1. Oversight of all HR and Payroll frameworks.
2. Providing frameworks backing to the Office of Human Resources.
3. Functional framework arrangement and support.
4. Project implementations and testing.
5. Business investigation and analysis.
6. Process mapping and procedure improvement exercises.
7. Managing and keeping up documentation and methodology.
8. Other obligations as relegated.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Systems and Business Analytics or discipline
related to the field of assignment from appropriately accredited institutions.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Payroll Systems and Business analysis or
related field.
3. Permanent residence in Australia.
4. Vast knowledge in Payroll Management software.
5. MS office basics.
6. Communication skills.
7. One who promotes group work and has organizational skills.
