CONCERN:
College Grades for Midterm
Specifically MC LIT 5 & PROF ED 7

Dear Sir;

A greetings of peace and joy.

I write this letter regarding the above mentioned concern. As you already know I’m one of
those teachers who failed the duty in submitting the Mid-term grades on time. It is my desire to
finish the grades that’s why I’ve already finished the grades for my other subjects but I
encountered some trouble while computing it, especially in these subjects (MC LIT 5 & PROF
ED 7) and these are the following:

 Some students are out of reach

 Some are submitting on time but the outputs are not complete or lacking
 Giving an extensions for those students who stated their valid reasons

In connection with these, I would like to ask permission if I can submit the grades this
December 4, 2020.

I know sir that as a professional we need to be firm when it comes to the decisions that we are
going to make. I will not deny the fact that sometimes I’m extending some of the deadlines for
my students to give them the consideration they needed even though I already announced the
final deadline. I sincerely apologize for that. I will make sure that I will take responsibility of
this concern and submit the grades for the said date.

Again in behalf of my co- faculty I apologize for the inconvenience we bring into your office.

I’m hoping for your favorable response for this matter.
