I want to change several existing process such as :
1.Removing off-site sterilization process as it is adding
48 hours of transportation unnecessarily. It should be installed in the logistics network. 2.The company has seasonal demand, it better utilizing 3PL as third party logistics provider to generate cost savings & scalability. 3.Adding sales representatives to deliver product directly to the hospital operational room.
The changes I would improve as follows :
1.Changing sterilization from off-site to internal
sourcing. 2.Will rely sales kiosk at hospitals heavily. 3.Reducing supply chain lead times by performing sterilization process.
Improvements will result in positive finance outcomes
because of the following :
