Ways of spending your free time

Each of us has our own life routine. Some of us have more free time, some of us have less time.
But everyone disposes of it in their own way.

Introverts prefer to read books, listen to their favorite music, walk alone, watch movies or series
at home. It can also be a sports hobby such as aerobics or yoga.

Extroverts prefer a more active holiday: hiking, meeting friends, shopping, parties, nightclubs.

There are people with hobbies, which they do every minute of free time. It can be: singing,
dancing, sports, knitting or cooking. There are people who like to write: poems, prose, articles
or just their thoughts, and there are those who enjoy reading the same poems, prose and
articles. Both of them are happy with these things. Some people watch TV programs in their free
time, just to relax and have a rest, others go to the concerts or the opera to get emotions. How
many people, so many different hobbies exist.

Now, many people often spend their free time on the Internet and social networks, forgetting
how many interesting things exist outside the phone. They themselves do not notice how minutes,
hours and days pass while they are "online". But this, too, is a type of entertainment, and many
people want to rest only so.

In any case, no matter what type of rest you prefer, it is important that it brings pleasure.

2. The world is a book, and those who do not travel, read only a page
Travel is not only about bright emotions, impressions and new landscapes. It's first and foremost
a rest. Rest from routine, from everyday life. An opportunity to be in another reality for a while
and to be filled with energy.

Travel is also different for everyone. Some people often travel by work needs. Business trips are
a way to combine what is useful with what is pleasant. A few days in another city, a paid flight,
the opportunity to enjoy your favorite work in an unusual place and other positive aspects.
Others, save money for a long time, not being able to travel more often, and come once or twice
a year, but for a long time, resting for a year ahead.

Fans of quiet rest prefer family resorts, with the tariff "all inclusive", where you do not need to
think of an adventure. And extreme people prefer mountains, hiking tours, unexplored forests
and places.

Any journey is always an experience and knowledge. Travelling also gives us an opportunity to
meet new interesting people, learn new languages and develop our skills. Therefore, you should
always travel when you have the opportunity. Traveling, we develop and become better.
3. Which of the environmental problems do you think is the most
worrying? Who do you think is responsible for solving these problems?
Ecology is the main problem of our time. With the development of scientific and technological progress,
we began to pay less attention to the problems of ecology and the environment. Now, there is no person
on Earth who is not affected by these problems.

The biggest problem right now is the pollution of the seas. The pollution of the seas is the result of the
ejection of urban, industrial and household waste into the sea, destroying the ecosystem and negatively
affecting human and animal health. The air polluted by factories and exhaust gases spreads over large
areas and heavy particles will get into rivers and seas.

Cities with a large number of sea vessels and recycling plants suffer most. The sea is used to waste dump
that pollutes the environment. Ships floating in the oceans are dumping millions of kilograms of waste
into the water. Disposed plastic bags of waste water also enter seas, lakes and rivers and decompose with
other waste, negatively affecting sea fauna.

Each of us thinks that there is no way it can affect the level of pollution and help nature, but it is not. If
everyone thinks and decides in favour of nature and the environment, we can do better. Of course,
factories and plants, cars, planes and ships will still remain, as will the damage from them. But each of
us can do the right thing and make the world a little clean. We need to take care of the health of our
environment, if only because we live in it.

4. Ways to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources

Recently, the question of moderate consumption of non-renewable resources has been
particularly relevant. In other words, these are natural resources that cannot easily be replaced
naturally to keep up with consumption. An example is fossil fuels. It is an organic substance
which, through heat and pressure, becomes a fuel, such as oil or gas. It also includes minerals,
metal ores, coal, oil shale, peat and others.

Natural resources are the basis for the existence of living organisms. But only human beings can
both contribute to the global extinction of these resources and help preserve them.

At the moment, the situation is such, that if we continue unconsciously to consume the same
amount of natural resources, it will have a catastrophic impact not only on the living conditions
of future generations, but also on the functioning of the entire ecosystem.

Therefore, when it became clear that natural resources were vulnerable to overuse, many people
thought about measures to prevent negative impacts. Ways of reducing resource consumption
have now been introduced: savings through improved production technology, integrated use of
non-renewable resources, recycling, development of new extraction methods and transition to
new forms of energy.

So, the only possible way to save natural resources is to totally renounce their use and switch to
renewable resources only. But unfortunately, with the current level of development of science
and technology, and with the current level of consumption, this is not yet possible.

5. How do you feel about your lifestyle? What would you like to change?
Our lifestyle is the foundation of our health, well-being, perception and relationships with
people. This is because when we consciously make our habits, we make our lives. From early
childhood parents teach us basics of hygiene, basic physical exercises, proper nutrition and help
us form relationships with people. All these little things together make up our whole lifestyle:
someone's got a better, someone's got the wrong, but always individual lifestyles.

About my lifestyle, I can say that I have never been particularly interested in sports, not always
eat properly, which, of course, is wrong and often load myself with work, forgetting that I need
to rest. In general, my lifestyle has never been right, but was acceptable to me. And it was only
recently that I finally began to pay attention and time to myself and my health. I've added
physical activity, meditation and yoga. I'm trying to give myself more time for mental rest. I'm
more often outdoors and less on social networks. I have given up all sorts of bad habits and visit
hospitals as needed.

Changing the way of life is hard enough, especially when it has been developed over the years.
But if you want, anything is possible. At the moment, all I want to do is adjust my ration, and I
will be pleased with my lifestyle.
6. Is it important to have a standard daily routine?
The daily routine is something that cannot be the same for everyone. It always depends on the
person, his habits and mainly on his type of activity.

Some people are tentatively called "early birds" and others "night owls". The first category of
people is the most productive during the day. Often, they work in a stable schedule, they know
what time to get up and what time to go to bed. They eat lunch, walk and play sports clearly in
time, developing daily rituals, habits and schedules. They are more used to living knowing their
day ahead by the hour. Any unforeseen situation or "failure" in the schedule confuses them and
makes them change their way of life and rebuild. The daily routine is important to these people
and they are comfortable with it.

Another category of people prefers the night rhythm of life. Mainly such people have less stable
job, but more creative. They don't keep track of time and live without thinking. For them, the
schedule is a restriction on their freedom and time. And the ability to live improvising and
spontaneously brings pleasure. Therefore, each person defines for himself an ideal daily routine,
based on his abilities, needs and rhythm of life.

7. A famous health-spot in your country

Crimea is famous for its health resorts and sanatoriums. Every year thousands of tourists come
here to have a rest and improve their health. Most of these complexes are located on the
southern coast of Crimea. The famous Artek children's center is also located there.

"Artek" is located on the Black Sea coast, in the settlement of urban type Gurzuf. It was
established in 1925 as a small summer camp and has been developing since then until it was
awarded the title of international complex of general and additional education, as well as health
and recreation. Over the years the camp has acquired a large developed infrastructure, its own
educational technologies and traditions.

Artek has 7 fitness and recreation programs, equipped sports grounds, swimming pools, a
modern climbing wall and a rope park. A sports palace with swimming pools, gymnastics, tennis
and gyms.

In addition to health improvement, 45 additional education and creative studios are available
for children. These include art, technical, social and pedagogical, and natural science studios.
There is also an opportunity to join tourist, sea, medical, environmental groups.

Now "Artek" has reached the international level and enjoys great popularity among children of
different countries and nationalities.
8. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using computers? How
have computers affected various areas of your life?
Nowadays computers and various gadgets (phones, tablets) have long ago become indispensable
things for a person, as well as the Internet. Few people can already imagine their absence,
because with the advent of computers, life has become much easier.

Now almost all spheres of our life are brought to automatism. For example, mobile versions of
banks allow sending money transfers without leaving home. Computer programs, introduced in
all areas of management and accounting, significantly reduce our routine work. Thanks to
Internet access, we have been able to access information that we used to look for in libraries,
and now it is much faster and more extensive. There is also an absolute advantage in being able
to communicate, especially from a distance. Early we used letters to communicate, now all we
need to do is send a SMS. This reduces the time spent on communication and the opportunity to
enjoy the conversation at the moment.

Of course, like everything, computers have their disadvantages. Such as addiction, for example.
This is quite common in modern society. It is formed under the influence of many aspects. In
particular: continuous use of the device, lack of other interests in life, personal problems, etc.

Less often, but also possible health problems. Frequent sitting at the computer can lead to
redness and dry eyes, impaired vision, impaired posture or insomnia.

Based on this, it can be concluded that all is well - in moderation. And the use of computers will
only be helpful if it is not abused.

9. Are you a techno maniac or techno phobic?

In nowadays the transition to technological way of life is developing rather fast. The
development of technology and industry is ahead of people's ability to understand what is
happening and, as a result, to keep up with it. However, there are people who welcome this
outcome of events, and there are those who are unhappy with the rapidity of events. Such people
are divided into techno maniac and techno phobic.Techno maniac have a positive attitude to
most technologies, enjoy their use, new opportunities and are ready to acquire new experience
and knowledge.

The exact opposite is true for techno phobic. They are people who experience internal resistance
and a reluctance to interact with new technologies. They feel the fear or anxiety associated with
their use. And sometimes, hostile or aggressive attitudes towards the new technology, preferring
what has long been familiar and known. Techno phobic take the position that technological
progress is gradually replacing the social world. Techno maniac simply enjoy the growth and
development of technological progress.

I can refer to myself as a techno maniac because I believe that new technologies only bring
benefits to the world. Many amazing discoveries and achievements have been made in recent
years, all thanks to scientific and technological progress. It helps us to improve, to develop and
to know.
10. Your favourite possession (speak about modern technology)
My favorite possession is my phone. Seems trivial, everyone has it now and nobody lets it out of
their hands. Calls, messages, checking social networks have almost become a daily ritual for
many. But I mainly use the phone as a notebook that's always at hand. There is a lot of
information in my notes, from work to spontaneous ideas and scraps of dreams. Because the
phone is always at hand, I write down a lot of things and I'm not afraid to forget about it.

Also, music is important to me. Wherever I am, I always listen to music: at home, at work, on
the road. It's a part of my life. That's why the phone and headphones are always with me.

The plus of modern technology is that I can carry a library in my pocket and at any time open
an app that has a collection of books and read any of them.

Also, with the development of technology, many different useful applications have been created.
Such as an app that remind drink water, meditation books, exercise complexes, cloud storage for
photos and files, and many different learning apps.

And while the phone used to be just a means of communication, it is now a necessary thing that
makes life much easier and serves as an assistant that is always at hand.
