Chapter I: Executive Summary

An engagement party is a great way to share the exciting news to family and friends together to celebrate the
forthcoming union. From consultation to coordination of your event with our multi-skilled team we manage
with great attention to details all aspects so that your expectations are met. Your event is more than a project to
us, we dream with you. We creatively develop concepts for you and we execute them professionally to realize
your day to remember.
Chapter II: Introduction
Marriage proposals are less of a surprise but proposes bring time. Honored traditions such as asking on bended
knee and asking for parents’ permission. It's a chance to let the future in-laws meet and get to know each other
better, to catch up with friends and family. Because of the pandemic that we are facing now some of events like
this are cancelled, we as an organizers create an idea where we can make a simple, affordable and memorable
event for this lovely couple. We aim to provide an event service that has been experience in the industry despite
of the pandemic.
Chapter III: Objectives, Scope and Theme of the Event
Objectives:
1. To provide an event service that has not been experience in the industry at affordable rates despite of the
pandemic.
2. To be generate more revenue than last year.
3. To be able to inspire others how to express and appreciate their love of their life.
4. To create an idea of an affordable and memorable life event.
