How Important Information Technology to our Daily Lives?

Technology is important because it is used in all areas of life. When you contemplate your daily routine
and count all the technology gadgets you consume in just one day, you will realize how important
technology is when you use mobile, watch TV, drive a car, and use a computer or any electrical machine.
No one can escape the absolute necessity of technology in our daily lives. Each of us is so heavily
dependent on technology that we cannot do anything easily without it. In fact, day after day is
increasing depending on technology whether during communication or transportation or search for any
information or even entertainment.

Technology is defined as a comprehensive process based on the application of science and knowledge in
many areas of life in an orderly and thoughtful manner in order to achieve the important and valuable
purposes for individuals and communities. Technology helps us to keep in touch with people who are
away from us. We use phones and computers to talk to them and even see them. Our daily work office is
also technology-based. People no longer use pen and paper to complete their work. We keep our health
by going to the gyms. There are machines in the gym that help us reduce our weight and keep fit. We
get to keep a lot of information in a small device and use it when we like. Cars have also become better
with the use of technology. Technology cannot be appropriate in some tasks and negative influences.
Everyone determines and decides how to use this technology in a negative or positive way.

Internet and computers can be used to increase the quality of education both in informal and formal
way. IT helps the students in learning process effectively. Advancement in Information technology
minimizes the required time for working in the business field. Electronic storage, protection of records
and faster communication are benefits of IT which can be utilized in our creativity.

The Importance of Information Technology in Education be able to reach students in new ways so that
their students are prepared for the future. The students of today are the leaders, inventors, teachers,
and businessmen (and women) of tomorrow. Without the proper skills, these students will not have the
preparation needed to survive. Information technology plays a key role in students being able to keep
their jobs and go to school. Now, most schools offer online classes that can be accessed on computers or
laptops, tablets, and even mobile phones. A busy student at work can easily check in or submit
assignments while on their lunch break. Information technology is helping to prevent more high school
and college dropouts as well. Life events can happen to anyone at any time, and even high schools are
taking advantage of online classes so that students can continue their education instead of considering
dropping out.

There are clearly both pros and cons of adolescent technology use. The fact is, it is important for
adolescents to learn and understand technology. It's become a part of daily life for all people to use a
computer or a cell phone. It is necessary in most situations, especially for when they are older and have
jobs. However, technology use must not be excessive. Extreme technological use in adolescents can
cause all sorts of problems; socially and physically. It is important for adolescents to understand that
yes, technology is an amazing thing; but at the same time, it should not be used all of the time. They
should not be overly dependent on it. Adolescents need to learn that sometimes, technology is not the
right answer for a situation.
