RE: DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD

Hi Engineer J.O.,

This is to confirm that we shall carry out rectification provisions (including remedial works,
working methods, and offsite guiding of the CBK staff in matters operating the fire alarm and
suppression system) for a period of 6 months.

The above shall be carried out at a cost of KES 320,000.
