1. INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to create an understanding regarding Pro.sarvant.com for the
users of system, developed by PNC Logos.

1.1. System Overview


Portal of Pro.sarvant.com contains the main Site and portal for the clients and admin with their
specific functionalities and features. The purpose of this project is to guide the users about the
overall working flows of product. With this system taskee and tasker will be able to offer their
services to each other with respect to the defined services by the admin. The product involves
the bidding process to smoothen the overall assigned process.

2. Home Screen
2.1. Header Section

 Search functionality: With the help of this feature, user will be able to search for the
interested job while staying on home screen without login or sign up. Tasker-user will be
able to view the details of the posted job but cannot be able to share a bid without
signup or login into the portal.
 Home Button: by clicking on this, user will be able to view the home screen of product.
in order to learn about the Pro.sarvant.com
 Browse Button: by clicking on this, user will be directed to the job screen where all the
jobs posted on the portal can be view by the user with respect to the following filter
that sort out posted job with respect to their interest:
o Category
o Location
o Skills required
o Project length
o Language
 Article Button: by clicking on this button, user will be able to view and read the articles
posted on the portal. These articles can be managed by the admin of the system only.
 Contact button: By clicking on this button, user will be able to view the contact details of
the client.
o Send us a message: with the help of this section, user will be able to share his
message with the admin. Admin can view the details shared via this function into
his personal CMS.

2.2. Footer Section

 This footer section is consists upon the sections that further define the product and the
rules and regulations required for being part of Prosarvant.com along with contact
details and social media links of Prosarvant.com.
 Careers button: by clicking on this button, user will be able to view the jobs posted by
the admin of Prosarvant.com in order to smoothen the overall performance and
activities of product. Admin will be able to view the details of users submitted on vacant
position posted on this section.

o Apply now button: user will be directed to careers details form screen after
clicking on apply now button of the interested job.

 User will be able to add the required details and attached the related
document in order to submit their job application successfully, by clicking
on send request button at the bottom of form. In case of cancellation of
request user can simply click on close button.

3. GETTING STARTED
This section explains how to login onto portal side sites with the perspective of end-user that is
admin along with their screenshots.

.1. Log on to the site (Admin)


The following procedure describes how user i.e. admin access the My HR Advisor
Site as an end-user:
1. Log in to Account by opening the main screen of the portal and
selecting the login clickable option that will directed the user to the
credentials adding screen.

2. Enter your email address along with password and click on login in case
of registered users.

2.2. Admin Dashboard Screen


After entering the credentials, the user will be redirected to the main administrator dashboard
screen.

5) Packages: in this section admin will be able to view details of
packages for client and advisor which includes monthly
packages and subscription packages along with sales or
promotion offers
6) Services: in this section admin will be able to view services
associated with the portal
7) Sales: in this section admin will be able to view and records
sales which includes sales aspects and client details
8) Document center: in this section admin will be able to view
documents related to the portal
9) Associated companies: in this menu admin will be able to view
List and details of companies associated with the portal
10) FAQ: In this section admin will be able to view list of question
and answers
11) Message Board: via this menu admin can share message with
the other members
12) Referrals: in this menu admin can view details of referral
13) Promotion: in this section admin can add new promotional
offer and details of promotion

Document Via this menu admin can view total uploaded document

Pending clients This menu show the pending project of clients
companies This show the companies linked with the portal
Total sales Admin can view total amount of sales

 By means of this admin will be able to manage his profile by adding and edit the
required fields
 Admin will be able to approve the added details by clicking on the update profile button
and can be able to click cancel button that will divert the admin to the main dashboard
screen.

 By means of this advisor will be able to manage his profile by adding and edit the
required fields

Total task This menu shows the total task assigned to advisor
Today’s task This menu shows the number of task due on the current date
Urgent task This menu shows the priority of task among the total task
Ongoing task Via this menu admin can view total task currently in process

 By means of this section on the dashboard, advisor will be able to view task on the basis
of available filters.
 advisor will be able to view details of task along with client details

 Advisor can view details of activities perform along with the time and details of user via
above screen section

o Selection subscription package

 In this section client will be able to select package which he/she find interesting, client
will be able to view further details of package by clicking “View details” option.

 At the end of registration as a new client process, client will be able to add their name,
email and upload the picture of their E-signature and will also be able to mark the
condition for service agreement in case of acceptance.
 Client will also be able to read the service agreement by clicking on the “Service
Agreement” option.

Total task This menu shows the total task assigned to advisor
Document This menu shows the document uploaded on the client portal
Total hours This menu shows the total number of hours spend on the portal
Reward point This menu shows the total reward point
Recent task This section shows the task currently going on

 Client can view details of activities perform along with the time and details of user via
above screen section

4.4 Edit Profile Screen

 In order to update / edit the profile details of client, user will be able to add the
mentioned details
 Client will further confirm the changes or details by clicking “Update Profile” Button or
“Cancel” button.
