Founder from methode of Qadiriyah was Muhy Ad Din Abdul Qadir

Jailani on 471 H / 1078 CE. This methode was the name of methode came from
himself Syekh Abdul Qadir Jaelani, his full name was Muhyidin Abu Muhammad
Abdul Qadir Bin Abi Salih Zangi Dost Al Jaelani 470 H / 1077 CE – 561 H 1166
CE1. The expanding and main control of the methode of Qadiriyah is in Iraq, and
Syiria then followed by most of moslem in Yaman, Turk, Mesir, India, Africa,
and Asia. And its has begin from 13 century, such of the case, this methode just
known to the world during 15 of century and in Mecca this Qadiriyah methode
was stand from 1180 H / 1669 CE.
Methode of Qadiriyah or known as flexibelity as student has attain the
teachers degree they should not follow their teacher methode moreover they allow
to do methode modification into their methode as Syaikh Abdul Qadir Jailani said
“students who attain the teacher degree they be independence to their self as
syaikh and Allah will be the guidance till the rest of their life. The teaching of
Qadiriyah methode are wirid and dzikr, whereever dzikr name as nafi’itsbat or
jahr that we do it by voice. The object activity of the first sentence is
remembering Allah or Syahadat is the best dzikr ever2. The first person who
recomand was Syyidina Ali the was accept by Syekh Abdul Qadir Jailani and put
this dzikr in Qadariyah Methode.
Moreover the Naqsabandiyah methode was stand in Muhammad
Bahauddin Al – Uwasi Al – Bukhara 717 H / 1318 CE. He was a sufis prominent
figure and his followers came from every various countries 3. This Naqsabandiyah
methode also known as Khawajagan methode which came from Abdul Khaliq
Ghujdawani 1220 CE , he was a sufi the sixth spiritual grand father of Naqsabandi
,and was a founder of Khawajagan methode.
In this methode Ghujdawani was formulated eigth main teaching and
added by Naqsabandi with three main teaching. Being Naqsabandiyah methode
has elevent main teaching4, inside of the Naqsabandi teaching they are Dzikr and
Wirid, which cakked by Dzikr ismudzat or Dzikr sirri with no voice in it. The first
person who teach it was Abu Bakar Ash – Shiddiq, then known by Syekh
Naqsabandi and put this dzikr in Naqsabandiyah methode.
Whereas Qadiriyah and Naqsabandiyah are methode was founded by sufi
and syekh Ahmad Khatib ibn Abdul Ghaffar Al Sambasi Al Jawi from Masjidil
Haram in Mecca, he was passed away in Makkah 1878 CE and he was ulama
from Kalimantan. Syekh Ahmad Khatib had the authority to modify the methode
he was lead on it by used both of main teaching of Qadiriyah and Naqsabandiyah
methode. He teach to his student to do both of dzikr , dzkir nafi’isbat and dzikr

ismudzat or known as dzikr lathaif by hoping the student reach the highest degree
efficienly and effectively.
The main principal of Qadiriyah and Naqsabandiyah methode, there are
three principal. First, the perfectionality of morals is the way to get closer with
Allah and we have the three main principal there are Islam, Faith, and Ihsan or
Syariah, Methode and Essence. Emphasizing this perfectionality of moral
teaching by founder of Qadiriyah methode, Syeikh Abdul Qadir Jailani and it was
the important thing cause he was a sunni suffi and one of ulama fiqh.
Second, the moral to the teacher, is one of teaching that has a good
principal inside the methode and this good moral has been similiar with moral of
sahabi to Rasulullah SAW. Student must be respect to the teacher and believe his
purpose will not reach either or syekh hand’s.
Third, dzikr. Qadiriyah and Naqsabandiyah methode are the dzikr
methode, then dzikr be the typical of this methode in this methode dzikr must be a
psychology exercise, then someone will remember Allah whenever and whereever
they are. Dzikr is sufi’s spiritual food and love appreciate to Allah cause a person
who love something will recently mention name whom they loved.
