MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

TO FILE ANSWER

COME NOW, the Defendant ALFRED SOLOMONS, through

counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully state that:

1. Defendant Alfred Solomons received a copy of the Complaint

last December 20, 2020;

2. Defendant Alfred Solomons was required to file an Answer ten

(10) days from service of summons, or on December 30, 2020;

3. The undersigned counsel of the law office is currently admitted

in the special cases hospital and is expected to undergo
surgery and therapy;

4. The undersigned counsel needs to stay in the hospital for

fourteen (14) days after his surgery and therapy as he will still
be under observation;

5. The undersigned counsel likewise needs ample time to study

the case after being released from the special cases hospital in
order to prepare an intelligent Answer for each of the
Defendant;

6. Thus, the undersigned counsel is constrained to request the

Honorable Court that he be given an extension of time to file an
Answer, for another fifteen (14) days from December 30, 2021
and or until January 13, 2021.
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, ​premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed that Defendant ALFRED SOLOMONS ​be given ​an
extension of time of another fourteen (14) days from December 30,
2020, or until January 13, 2021, to file his Answer​.
