Instrumental analysis, Bioanalytical methods, Food Analysis, spectral analysis, chromatographic techniques, cosmetic analysis etc. This manual mainly focuses on all the branches of Analytical chemistry. It involves identification, estimation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, purification and separation of compounds. This manual was designed according to PCI syllabus. This manual consists of mainly three chapters. First chapter deals with Instrumental techniques using UV and HPLC, Food analysis related experiments. Second chapter consists of spectral analysis of organic compounds using UV, IR, NMR and MASS spectroscopy. Third chapter consists of experiments based on bioanalytical techniques , quality control methods and cosmetic analysis. This manual suffice the requirements of not only UG and PG students but also researchers working on analytical chemistry. I hope this manual become a reference for all analytical techniques.
