A. Paghahanda
Pag-usapan ang iba’t-ibang hitsura ng tao sa Pilipinas. Ilarawan ang mga pisikal na katangian, uri ng
pamumuhay.

B. Pagganyak
Ipapakita ng guro ang iba’t ibang larawan ng mga sinaunang tao.

C. Panlinang na Gawain
Ipakita ang mga larawan.
Bigyang pansin ang mga pisikal na katangian ng mga Pilipino.
Ihambing ang kanilang mga katangian at ng mga sinaunang tao.
Ipaliwanag ang mga pagkakaiba.

IV.Pagsubok o Pagtatataya:
Sagutin:
Pagsasanay pp.22 – 23 ; modyul

V.Takdang-aralin:
Gumupit ng larawan ng mga sinaunang tao sa Pilipinas at idikit sa kwaderno..

 Matutukoy ang uri ng tunog at pinagmumulan nito.

II.Paksa
Ingay at Tunog sa Paligid
Sanggunian: Wika at Buhay 1 pp5
Kagamitan:
Mga larawan ng iba’t ibang bagay na lumilikha ng tunog.

III.Pamamaraan:

A. Paghahanda
Pag-usapan mga naririnig na tunog sa paligid at ang pinagmumulan nito.

B. Pagganyak
Ipakita ang mga bagay na lumilikha ng tunog, iparinig at ipagaya sa mga
bata ang kanilang narinig na tunog.

C. Panlinang na Gawain
Ipatukoy sa mga bata kung ano/sino ang may likha ng mga tunog na maririnig nila.

IV.Pagsubok o Pagtatataya:
Sagutin: Pagsasanay p8 - 9

V.Takdang-aralin:
Sagutan ang pagsasanay sa modyul.
Magdala ng larawan ng Alpabetong Filipino.

Value: Appreciate different objects around us.

II. Subject Matter


Matter - SOLID
Reference: Conceptual Science
Materials: pictures and real objects

III. Procedure :

A. Preparations / Motivation
Let the children explore inside the room, then touch, hold and feel objects that they found.

B. Presentation
Show the pictures, real objects and let the children describe touch, hold and describe each.

C. Applications
Perform the experiment and let the children understand solid as matter.

IV. Evaluation
Answer exercise on books and modules.

V. Assignment
Bring an example of milk in tetra pack, drinks in can, water in bottle.

MATHEMATICS 1
Week 2

I. Objective
The learner must be able to compare sets and elements by using “more than,” “fewer than,” and “as
many as.”
II. Subject Matter
COMPARING SETS
Reference: Conceptual Math and Beyond pp 9 - 16
Materials: popsicle sticks, other counters.

III. Procedure :

A. Preparations / Motivation
Let the children play with the counters/popsicle sticks and count them.

B. Presentation
Show the counters and let them group them and count.
Compare the number of counters on each set.
Discuss the illustration in the books and let the children understand how to compare each set
and use “more than” “fewer than” and “as many as.”

C. Applications
Let the children answer p11 (try this)

IV. Evaluation
Answer exercise on books pp. 12 – 18 (Starter and Reinforcer)

V. Assignment
Answer pp 15 – 16 (Challenger) and modules exercises.
Bring counters (sticks/straws/marbles) at least 100 pcs.

ENGLISH 1
Week 2

I. Objective
The learner must be able to identify names of person, things, animals and events as nouns.

II. Subject Matter


NOUNS
Reference: Explore the World Through Reading and Grammar pp.4-9
Materials: pictures of person, animals, things and events.
III. Procedure :

A. Preparations / Motivation
Let the children play by naming each one inside the room. Let them tell
story about their birthday, Christmas and their pets or favorite animals.
Print out a noun sorting chart.

B. Presentation
Show the pictures and let each one to give names on each picture.
Let the children identify to where the name belongs.

C. Applications
Let the children answer p6 - 7

IV. Evaluation
Answer exercise on modules.

V. Assignment
Cut pictures of person, animals things and events, and paste them on your notebook.
Read the story “Pets are not allowed” on pp10 – 12.
Do p.14
