AMSA MALAYSIA - AMBASSADORSHIP PROJECT

Objectives of Project:
■ Ambassadors of AMSA Malaysia, selected from the respective university
members will work together with Public Health Department, to promote
awareness on health issues.
■ Ambassadors will enable the outreach to larger audiences to educate them,
via collaboration with AMSA Malaysia and through AMSA member universities’
media platforms.
■ Ambassadorship project is the first step to expand the individual university
programs to be able, to have an extensive impact on our society and benefit
local communities.

Role of AMSA Malaysia Ambassadors:

■ Increase awareness and expand outreach of various AMSA MALAYSIA Projects
such as MAP, Health Awareness Week, Community Service Projects to
general public using social media.
■ All AMSA Malaysia Ambassadors will be rewarded a certification and full
time AMBOSS membership, for their contributions beginning from Jan 2021
Onwards.

Requirements for Ambassadorship Application:

■ Applicants should present with Positive Attribute(s) of Leadership,
Responsibility and carry Passion for Social Impact Causes.
■ Applicant should have at least 1000 followers on a public Instagram Account,
to allow his/her role to be effective in extending outreach for the projects.
■ 5 ambassadors will be selected unanimously by AMSA Malaysia based on
Applicant Nomination by Respective Universities.
■ Ambassadors will be Representatives for AMSA Malaysia and the
University Partners.
