Ladder Diagram

• Input, Internal and Output Circuits are not connected to each other
• Each circuit is a complete electrical circuit
• To check that the input/output connection is correct, the current should be able to
flow from the positive terminal of power supply to the negative terminal
• The ladder diagram links the input circuit to output circuit.
