Different individuals cultural shock came back to them through different phases.

However, Emily
have her favorite culture and from that you can tell a lot about it.

There are four new stages that human beings pass through when they live in a new culture. This
helps us to deal with culture shock, this is the way our brain and our personality reacts to strange
new things we encounter when moving from one culture to another.

Firstly, the honeymoon stage, this is the period of time when we first arrive in the new culture
where everything about it feel strange and exciting. This stage can last  a long time since you will be
caught up in a lot of great adventure. As a result of this you can suffer from Jet Lag.

The second stage would be more difficult since you would be settled in a new country and start
missing your homeland, also you will become exhausted. Moreover, this stage is considered a crisis
in the cultural adjustment. This is where people would chose to go back home to spend time with
people who speak the same language.

Thirdly, the adjustment stage when you start realizing that things are not so bad in the host culture.
Your sense of humor starts growing and you become stronger by learning to take care of yourself in
the new place.

Fourthly, at ease at last, this is when you start feeling like home and adapt to the new culture.
Things are not as difficult like before. You can now share your past experience with your colleagues
from home if they have just arrived about the new culture.

Finally, the reverse culture shock, which occurs when you go back to your native culture and find
that you have change a lot , you also thinks that your community has change. As a result of this you
would start feel a bit awkward and life become hard.
