This has the reference of the Notice no: E-692 dated: 01/01/2021 regarding document verification
process for candidates shortlisted for the post of HEMM Operator (Trainee). In this connection,
the selection committee has decided to receive all documents supporting the identity and
eligibility, as required in the Employment Notification, through online mode for scrutiny. The
original documents will be received prior to Joining for subsequent verification/scrutiny in
accordance with the merit list..

As such, all the shortlisted candidates, notified vide the Notice no E-692 dated: 01/01/2021, are
advised to upload copies of all the self attested documents as per the Employment Notification
through the link to be provided shortly. Hence the shortlisted candidates vide Notice no: E-692
dated: 01/01/2021 need not present in person during the specified schedule mentioned in the
Notice.
