Greetings!

This refers to your communication dated 18 January 2021, addressed to the Municipal Mayor
Lorrymir S. Adasa, relative to the submission of pertinent documents in support to the Covid-19
utilization of funds.

In compliance therewith, submitted hereunder are the following:

1. MDC Resolution No. 2020-05, “A Resolution Approving And Favorably Endorsing To The
Sangguniang Bayan (SB), for Support and Concurrence the Appropriation for Various
Programs and Projects in the total amount of Two Million, Three Hundred Fifty-Five
Thousand, Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos and Eighteen Centavos (Php 2,355,478.18)
chargeable against the unutilized 20% Development Fund (DF) of the current year and the
unused continuing balances of the 2019 General Fund (GF), for inclusion in the
Amendment of the 2019 and 2020 Philippine Development Plan (PDP)–Aligned Climate
Change Expenditure-Tagged (CCET) Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality
of Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte”;

2. SB Resolution No. 2020 -___, “ A resoluio__”; and

3. 2020 Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP).
