DO’s & DON’T’s

 Close the lift doors slowly
 Park your vehicle (2 & 4 wheelers) in your respective parking place only
 No one (Owners or Tenants) is allowed to keep their belongings in common areas or on the
terrace
 Maintenance amount of 600 to be paid regularly without fail on or before 15 th of each calendar
month, if rented it is owner responsibility to get the maintenance paid by the tenant , if vacant
owner should take initiate and pay the maintenance without fail
 Any one (owners of Tenants) should pay lift charges of 700 to be paid while shifting, entering
in the flat or vacating the flat
 Flat cleaning charges of 500 to be paid to the security while vacating the flat
 All the flats (Owner or Tenant) that every resident should ensure that nothing is following
down from the balcony Ex: Water drops from plants or washed cloths, waste papers, hair, fruits
skin etc…
 All the residents should ensure that their kids are not doing toilet within in the apartment
premises or surroundings
చేయవలసినవి/ చేయకూడనివి

 లిఫ్ట్ గేటు నెమ్మదిగా వేయవలెను, 2 లేదా 4 చక్ర్రాల వాహనాలు ఎవరి పార్కింగ్ ప్లేసులొ వారే పార్లింగ్ చేసుకొవాలి

 ఓనర్లు గాని అద్దెకి వున్న వారు గాని వారి వారి కి సంబందించిన సామానులు అందరూ వుపయోగించే ప్రా ంతములలొ

పెట్టరాదు

 మైంటెనెన్సె 600 రూపాయలు ప్రతీనెల 15 వ తారీకు లోపు తప్పనిసరిగా చెల్లి ంచాలి, వొకవేళ ఇల్లు అద్దెకు ఇచ్చి నట్లైతే

ఓనర్లు అద్దెకివున్న వారిని చెల్లి ంచమని చెప్పండి, వొకవేళ ఇల్లు కాళీగా వున్నట్లైతే ఓనర్లు భాద్యతగా మైంటెనన

 ఓనర్లు గాని అద్దెకి వున్నవారు గాని ఎవరైనా ఇంటిలొకి దిగినప్పుడు గాని కాళి చేసినప్పుడు గాని లిఫ్ట్ చార్జెస్ 700

రూపాయలు తప్పనిసరిగా చెల్లి ంచాలి, ఇల్లు కాళీ చేసినప్పుడు ఇల్లు కడగడానికి 500 రూపయలు సెక్యురిటీకి

 ఓనర్లు గాని అద్దెకి వున్న వారు గాని వారి వారి ఇంటి బాల్కని నుంచి ఎటువంటి చెత్త అపార్ట్మెంట్ ప్రహరీ లోపల

వేయరాదు (పనికిరాని కాగితాలు, తలవెంట్రు కలు, పళ్ల తొక్కలు మొదలైనవి), బాల్కని నుంచి వుతికిన బట్ట ల నుండి

గాని మొక్కల నుండి గాని నీరు కింద ఇంటి మీద కారకూడదు

 ఆదిత్య రెసిడెన్సి లొ వున్న వారు వారి వారి పిల్లలు అందరికి సంబందించిన ప్రదేసాలలొ గాని అపార్ట్మెంట్ చుట్టు పక్కల

గాని మల, ముత్ర విసర్జ న చేఇంచరాదు
