1. Platform: <Skype video chat>

*Today we will use Skype video chat for Demo class.
*There is NO NEED to share your screen for the sake of starting on time, unless you are 100%
certain about the internet connection stability, and very familiar with how-to;
*Please watch the video below to know how to open Skype chat box while calling. It’s inevitable
for me to send all evaluations, questions, and Demo RESULT to you there.

2. Time arrangement: 10+5=15 minutes
*For the first 10 mins, you will teach the class and I will be your student; 
*Please try to cover all 6 pages assigned within 10 mins.
*For the rest 5 mins, we will discuss your teaching performance and I will provide feedback and
suggestions.
*There will be phonology checking for every new teacher after Demo, too.

3. Student Engagement: 4~6 years’ old

*S’s age: 4~6 years’ old;
(Natural range of Level 0; Not a gap big enough for longer instructions.)
*S’s Level: Level 0, total beginner;
*Instruction: Please kindly consider very simple 3-word ones in class, such as: “Say with teacher.”
“Who’s this?” “Let’s say.”
*Energy: Please show your highest energy level to motivate the kid;

4. Punctuality:
*Please ensure the good condition of your equipment and solid preparation for the Demo or we
will have to reschedule accordingly if over-3-minute delay is caused;
*Overall evaluation will be implemented: late arrival or early left can lead to Fail.
