Dr. Wealthy,

Christian Greetings!

We hope this letter finds you well. We are student researchers from Manila Adventist

College- School of Nursing, our study was entitled Physical Activity and Mental Health of

Nursing Students. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communications after the sudden lockdown

of our country we failed to comply our research paper on time. Two of our group members

went back to their countries while the rest were hard to reach due to their work schedules and

personal life dilemma. . At this stage, no one in the group was able to work on the paper and as

a result we had a meeting to finalize our revisions and go directly to English grammar checking.

However, then grammar checking took 3 months in time which delayed us even more
We were enrolled in this subject last August SY: 2019-2020 and had our final defense on

February 24, 2020. Most of our group members have already graduated while the rest are just

finishing a few minor subjects. That is why we are appealing for your grace to extend our date

of submission until February 01, 2021. We promise to submit our binded thesis paper on or

before the promised date, and if we failed to do so we will re-enroll this course.

Thank you so much for your kind consideration. More power to you and God bless you.

Sincerely,

Bueno, Michael Joseph M.

Dear Dr. Estrada,

I am respectfully asking your good office to accept the final manuscript done by my advisee for
binding since it took them too long already to finish their paper. I do not want to make
corrections in the manuscript anymore since it underwent already final grammar review and it
took almost 3 months (June 28- September 17 as they claimed) for them to wait for their
manuscript before the editor handed back to them. I have talked already to my Department
Head regarding this.

As their adviser, I take the responsibility to whatever failure they have done in the paper. I will
sign whatever documents I need to sign in the manuscript.

I hope for your kind consideration on this matter.

Sincerely,

Eva Aguinaldo-Salvado
Thesis Adviser
