Notes
Can I Make Keto Bread With Coconut Flour?
You can most certainly make this recipe using only coconut flour (or sesame flour, if allergic to
nuts and coconut as well).

Simply use:

3 tablespoons of coconut flour

instead of 1/4 cup almond flour + 1 Tbsp coconut flour

Can I make this 90 second keto bread dairy free?

This bread can be made easily with coconut oil instead of butter, which also makes it paleo
friendly.

Substitute 1 tablespoon of butter for 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or olive oil)

Does 90 second keto bread taste eggy?

This bread is the least eggy keto bread of all, simply because the egg is cooked thoroughly from
the outside in by using a microwave, instead of an ordinary oven.

Best of all, you can just make enough to taste test, to see if this recipe is right for you, instead of
making a whole loaf of keto bread, and finding out later.

Can I make keto bread in the oven?

You can make this in the oven, instead of the microwave, simply by:

1. Using an oven-safe mug/ramekin

2. setting your oven to 180C (355F) and cooking for 15 minutes.
