Heads (TARGETS), the Schools Governance Operations Division(SGOD) supports the National Disaster Risk Reduction ‘and Management Council (NDRRMC) through the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in the 2019 ‘Annual Gawad KALASAG: Search for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Humanitarian Assistance. 2, Gawad KALASAG is the country’s premicr annual awards for outstanding contribution in the fields of disaster risk reduction and management and humanitarian assistance. It is the principal mechanism by which the NDRRMC advances awareness of the best practices of DRRM both public schools and private schools. 3, Relative to this activity, all chairpersons, co-chairpersons and members of the GAWAD Kalasag ‘committee will be having a meeting with the division team on February 4, 2019 at DepEd Leyte ‘Gymnasium. The meeting will start at exsetly 8:00 AM. 4.
