Recruitment- When recruiting my company depends on how well I prepare and publicize

communication skill and Customer service. Is this candidate able to calm down a raging
customer?

3.      Training- Although I select the best candidate, I still need him/her to go through the
process of training. I need my employees to be at their best so Digicel can be ahead of Flow
my rivals. I prefer on- the job training because it provides candidates with on-going
knowledge and skills essential to the full and adequate performance on the job given. This is
also were I evaluate my employee’s performance to see if I truly employed the right
candidate.

4.      Performance Appraisal- One of the most important thing is keeping my employees
motivated. The business cannot be run without my employees and also, I need my
employees to work at their best. So, by motivating employees I either give bonuses,
coupons, gift card, offer free lunches for a week and give my employees of the month a
certificate.

 These are good to observe but may not assure success find the most effective workers.
What I feel is finest is to seek out in regards to the workers' personalities, discover in the
event that they talk nicely with people, and different petite background checks on them.

Yes, the primary steps are necessary, but because the HR supervisor on this industry, I think
