As required in the CONTRACT OF SERVICES and TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR), the undersigned SECOND
PARTY for the month of December 2020, has:

1) Discussed with the Chairman SP Committee on Rules the quasi-judicial function of the Sangguniang
Panlalawigan in relation to a pending administrative case against a municipal elective official;

2) Provided advisory services to the majority of the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on their
powers and functions under the Local Government Code;

3) Attended weekly meetings of the majority members of the Sanggunian Panlalawigan;

4) Performed other duties and functions which were requested by the GLLO and the SP in the discharge
of their functions.
