This is to inform you that you are relieved from the services of Think and Learn Pvt. Ltd. effective from the
closing hours of 03-May-19. Your Full and Final settlement of account with the organization will be done
within 30-45 working days after the normal salary processing.

Please complete your No dues formalities and submit ID card in HR-Dept Any loss of company property
like phone, charger, laptop, ID card etc., will be charged from your full and final settlement. Please collect
No dues form from HR-Helpdesk or contact your HR Administrator for the same.

Please note: Full and Final Settlement will be done only for those who submit No dues form in HR-
Department.

Your contributions to the organization and its success will always be appreciated

Please ignore the mail if you have already submitted No dues form to HR-Dept.
