Is it justifiable to kill a robber caught in the act?

 Killing is called a justifiable homicide. The word


"homicide" is neutral: it merely means the killing of one
human being by another human being. Homicides may
be justifiable, excusable or criminal, depending upon the
circumstances of the killing and the state of mind of the
killer.
