V/v: Tuân thủ Nghị định số 115/2018/NĐ-CP - Mục II - Điều 9 - Khoản 4 - Điểm e

Liên quan đến Nghị định số 115/2018/NĐ-CP - Mục II - Điều 9 - Khoản 4 - Điểm e, quy định về việc:

“e) Sử dụng hóa chất diệt chuột, diệt côn trùng và động vật gây hại trong khu vực sản xuất, kho chứa thực phẩm, nguyên
liệu thực phẩm, phụ gia thực phẩm, chất hỗ trợ chế biến thực phẩm, dụng cụ, vật liệu bao gói, chứa đựng tiếp xúc trực tiếp
với thực phẩm.

“Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 20 tháng 10 năm 2018 và thay thế Nghị định số 178/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 14 tháng
11 năm 2013 của Chính phủ quy định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính về an toàn thực phẩm”;

Kể từ ngày 20/10/2018, chúng tôi sẽ không thực hiện các biện pháp kiểm soát có sử dụng hóa chất diệt chuột, diệt côn trùng
và động vật gây hại trong các khu vực sau tại cơ sở của khách hàng:

1. Khu vực sản xuất

2. Khu vực kho nguyên liệu và kho thành phẩm
3. Khu vực chứa trang thiết bị, bao bì

Chúng tôi sẽ trao đổi với Quý Khách hàng để áp dụng các giải pháp thay thế nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả kiểm soát côn trùng
dịch hại.

1. Dùng bẫy keo kết hợp Pheromone

2. Dùng máy vệ sinh nhiệt áp suất cao
3. Gia tăng áp dụng phương pháp ngăn chặn sự xâm nhập, trú ẩn và nguồn thức ăn

Ref: Compliance to the Decree No.115/2018/NĐ-CP - Item II - Article 9 - Clause 4 - Point e

Related to the Decree No. 115/2018/NĐ-CP - Item II - Article 9 - Clause 4 - Point e, stipulating about:

“Use of pesticides to kill the mouse,insects and harmful animals in food production area, food store, in the storage of food
ingredients, food additives store, storage of food processing aids, repository of tool, packaging and containing material that
comes in direct contact with the food.”

“This Decree takes effect from October 20, 2018 and replaces the Government's Decree No. 178/2013 / ND-CP of November
14, 2013 stipulating the sanctioning of administrative violations in food safety."

From October 20, 2018, pesticides shall be stopped using for pest control service in the following areas at the Customer’s
site:

1. Production zone
2. Warehouse / goods out and raw materials storage / goods in area
3. Equipment, packaging & kitchen area

We shall arrange a meeting with you to discuss about the replaced solution in order to make sure the effect of pest control.
