CENTER FOR THERAPY & SENSORY STIMULATION
• People have stress in their lives and are emotionally distressed, they sometimes
need to seek help from professionals. However, oftentimes they feel
uncomfortable with seeking help.
• A sensory healing center aims to be a place where people can relax with nature,
have time alone, and meet with a counselor if needed.
• The spaces aim to use the surrounding environment at its fullest by integrating the
architecture with its immediate natural context as means to introduce the users to
therapeutic treatment.
SENSORY ARCHITECTURE:
• Architectural design has the domination of visual sense over the other senses.
Architecture can actually have the profound effect through the Senses.
Architecture is a journey where we experience the space. Spatial consideration can
be derived from visual experience, but the equal consideration of all the five
senses (sight, touch, feel, smell, hear) gives a refined design of space.
• Sensory architecture is a design which interacts with people, engages with the
environment and it impacts the way of thinking, feeling or behaving. The
existential experience is strengthened and all the senses experiences the Quality of
Space.
• So, ignoring one or more senses will lead to repression and false perception of the
environment. The purpose of the study is to prevent us from the perception of
variety of dimension and consciously designing for the full spectrum of the
sensory experience.
AGRICULTURE HUB
• Agriculture Hub is an architecture innovation that will serve as the central facility
that is dedicated to rural revitalization and economic inclusiveness within the
locality. This project is a fundamental architectural initiative which is specifically
dedicated to the uplifting of farmers’ way of living and proving to the nation and
to the world that architecture can create an immense impact in the agriculture
development.
• A place created by the people, for the people. A pilot project to be replicated on
different places to create a systematized agriculture network.
JUVINILE
• Children are the future citizens of India. India is home to nearly 20% of the
world's child population. They are the foundation and backbone of our society. It
becomes important for the nation to have a young generation with healthy minds.
Today in our country, due to various factors, family disorganization being the
potential factor. There is an increased rate in juvenile delinquency and crime.
• A space can be influential psychologically on human beings, juvenile, when sent
to juvenile homes. It becomes important for them to live in a healthy, secure and
motivating space. Creating a space which will help a juvenile to become a good
human being to serve the society.
• Juvenile facilities are often assumed to be more of the character of adult jails with
larger capacities and increasingly restrictive construction material and hardware.
They are safe places in best circumstances, after some hope for a better future for
the youth they serve.
AFTER LIFE PLACES
• Thousand years after the first human settlement, the afterlife seems to keep a
relevant meaning for any culture in the world. However, the XXI century marks a
new challenge. Contemporary cities have a rich diversity and a non-stop growing
population. On the other hand, this century is framed with an existential crisis on
its spiritual character. Despite perceived cultural and institutional decay, there is
still a genuine search for an ethical epistemology that relate us to the afterlife and
to others who think, live and exist in different ways than us. In other words, by
exploring existence, how we can embrace diversity and share new sacred secular
places that keep relating society to the afterlife?
• Currently, graveyard and spaces associated with death have lost their sancity that
they had throughout their civilization and have become nothing more than
negative patch in urban fabric.

• Moreover with spaces crunch that is being faceci, grave exhumation and

overcrowd graveyard and relocation of graveyard become common sight. It also
aims to create futuristic model for a multi religion catering vertical graveyard.

safety through the design of a transportable disaster relief shelter. The “Unit”
provides private and comfortable shelter to those displaced by a natural disaster,
specifically in an urban setting. The recovery and rebuilding process that
recognizing the occurrence and the positivity of community comradery. The
design proposes a feasible solution to create comfortable shelters for those
displaced, while eliminating the need to relocate these families from their existing
neighborhood.
