DESSERTS:

Barbougalach: (for 2) warm Nutella filled “Rugelach” served in tagine bowl comes with vanilla ice cream,
chocolate chips, caramel sauce and white chocolate sauce. This dessert is a must sale on large parties and birthdays
due to its “wow” affect.

Kanafeh: traditional middle eastern dessert made from two layers of shredded phyllo noodles normally stuffed with local
salty goat cheese, in our version we use halloumi, ricotta and mozzarella, the cake is pan fried and served with rosewater
syrup and rosewater ice-cream and sprinkled with pistachios

Silan: puffed candied rice crispies mixed with candied almonds, topped with tahini mousse, date sponge cake, spiced milk ice
cream, shredded halva & date molasses AKA silan

Chocolate tasting:
This dessert is all about chocolate, starting with molten chocolate cake, chocolate crumble, chocolate cookie, chocolate sauce
and chocolate ice cream sandwich

Cuatro leches cake:


Our Middle Eastern take on a classic Mexican dessert made of halva mousse, vanilla sponge cake, fresh berries, shaved
coconut, candied pecans, goat cheese ice cream and our 4 milk sauce made of almond, coconut, condensed and evaporate
milks.

“Holy Sweet” hummus:


A whimsical take on a classic savory hummus plate. We make our sweet hummus from toasted hazel nut mousse and we
garnish it with candied chick peas, mint, lemon zest, olive oil ice cream and homemade baby chocolate pittas.
The idea is to dip the pita into the mousse and mimic a savory hummus eating.

Homemade Ice Cream and Sorbet: all our ice cream and sorbets are made in the house by our pastry chef using only
natural fruits, dairy’s and spices
