Barbougalach: (for 2) warm Nutella filled “Rugelach” served in tagine bowl comes with vanilla ice cream,
chocolate chips, caramel sauce and white chocolate sauce. This dessert is a must sale on large parties and birthdays
due to its “wow” affect.
Kanafeh: traditional middle eastern dessert made from two layers of shredded phyllo noodles normally stuffed with local
salty goat cheese, in our version we use halloumi, ricotta and mozzarella, the cake is pan fried and served with rosewater
syrup and rosewater ice-cream and sprinkled with pistachios
