CASE NIGHTS

RULES AND GUIDELINES -

1. Each student will be randomly paired with a new student every week, the case
partner designated stands final
2. Each pair needs to choose two cases, and the cases have to be discussed in the
interviewer/ interviewee perspective where each case partner will assume one and
the other role for the 2 cases
3. The interviewer should make notes before the session and the candidate should
revisit and prepare the notes post the session.
4. Both case partners should have sanitised documentation for every session. Each
candidate should have separate elaborate documents for both cases and PC can
surprise check notes for anyone
5. A pool of resources will be shared with the batch, all teams need to choose their
cases and update the google sheet with details of the case and mention resource
from where the case is taken
6. Everyone needs to get in contact with their case partner within 48 hours at the start
of every week
7. In case of non-contact with case partner within 48 hours, please reach out to
Socrates JCCs
8. The Live Google Sheet needs to be updated with a meeting link of the case
discussion created between two partners
 9. There should be a mandatory feedback session between Interviewer and
Interviewee as a part of every session
10. The participation of everyone is mandatory and the case partners are pre-decided

RULES APPLY. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE ANY RESOURCES WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE IIFT – ENSURE
THAT YOU AND YOUR BATCHMATES HAVE THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OVER OTHER
COLLEGES
