I guess that you could measured the

way by a vibration when the tectonic plates shift. We measure earthquakes so we can predict how tall
they might get. We also study earthquake to learn more about them. A scientist or a mathematician
should use a chart to put the data in. I have had no experience with an earthquake or a tsunami.
