ACTIVITY PREPARE TO WRITE A STORY

I wanted to buy some tennis shoes online. I saw a

page that offered some very nice sneakers.
I liked them for their color and their design.
They encouraged me to buy online,
I bought it by making the payment online. They
gave me an account number where I had to deposit
or transfer the money,
I don't use a credit card because I don't have one, I
use a debit card and to make the payment by
transferring it, the time it took to get the product
out from the day of purchase took 2 weeks to
arrive.
but I was very surprised that when the product
arrived,
it was not what i had bought
They sent me the wrong size, the color different
from the one I had ordered, when I realized what
was happening I contacted the person who had
made the sale to me and explained that the shoes I
had bought saying the specifications were not at
all similar to what they had sent me, the
representative apologized and said that he would
bear the cost of the shipment that he was going to
exchange them for the ones that he had actually
bought
