Uniquely set among 25 acres of working organic farm fields, we are committed to
providing the freshest of food for your event. We source products from our own land, as
well as local farm partners, crafting seasonally delicious menus that especially reflect your
personal taste on your special day. After you have chosen Fernbrook, you have the option
to meet personally with our Chef Christine Wendland for your menu planning, discuss
likes and dislikes, hear about our signature items and learn about what will be growing in
our fields at the time of your event.
We have several scenic options for your ceremony and cocktail hour - the choice is yours!
♦ Sundial Garden is an original estate garden from the late 1800’s, surrounded by
crabapples, magnolia’s and butterfly bushes.
♦ The Old House is a beautiful stone wall rebuilt upon the foundation of the original
estate at Fernbrook and is set in the middle of the expansive Great Lawn.
♦ Choose your perfect spot in the open air of the Great Lawn, under a weeping
cherry or big maple tree.
♦ Summer House located on the Great Lawn where guests can enjoy cocktails and
appetizers with breathtaking views.
♦ Our custom built Hearth is in close proximity to the Inn and tent, great for an
intimate ceremony or enjoying late night s’mores and snacks at your after party.
RECEPTION SPACE
Each reception is unique and we work with every couple and their designers to
make sure your personal style shows throughout your celebration.
Our red brick terrace is covered by a crisp white tent with a clear end skylight, lit by
wrought iron chandeliers and bistro perimeter lighting. Our seasonal tent is available April
through early November and includes cathedral window sidewalls. The terrace tent can
accommodate 175 guests with music and dancing area. For larger groups, or in case of
inclement weather, we have an extended area of patio that can be covered to accommodate
up to 225 guests. If you group is more than 250 guests, large tents can be added on the
Great Lawn, additional tenting cost would be added.
Our 3-Story, 1740’s-era Georgian Manor House, features a five-room Master Suite
overnight for the wedding couple on the evening of your reception, plus 6 guest rooms for
friends and family, sleeping 18 people total. A savory chef prepared country breakfast is
served in the Inn’s dining room for your overnight guests. We choose the finest linens and
toiletries to ensure that you and your guests experience ultimate comfort during your stay.

and sunroom overlooking the grounds, with two fireplaces and a large private bath.

INCLUSIVE SITE
The entire estate for you to enjoy with your overnight guests.
Check in at 11am and stay until 10 am the next day.
Sunday – Friday: One-night property rates – Peak months $8000 / Off peak $6000
The property fees do not include sales tax or costs associated with a rehearsal dinner,
or any other planned parties during your wedding weekend.
Rentals and tenting are provided by an exclusive vendor of Fernbrook Farms. For
additional services, we can provide a preferred list of professionals that are familiar with
the property and will help you customize your event. Transportation to and from
Fernbrook can be arranged through an outside transportation service, or through a local
hotel. We include our 12-person Limo cart with Fernbrook attendant for your wedding
crew and and any guests that may need assistance between locations on the Farm. NJ Sale
Tax 6.625% is applied to all charges.

All of our food is prepared from scratch by our award winning chef using
ingredients from our organic farm during the growing season. Our highlighted months for
farm produce are July through October. We take pride in choosing naturally raised
produce and meats. Our breads, country loaves, sourdough, crackers and desserts are
proudly made in-house.
Our couples love to showcase their unique style. This custom experience includes
an extended cocktail hour and a three course dinner for your guests’ enjoyment. You also
receive a private consultation with Fernbrook’s Executive Chef for your custom plated
menu design.
Guests will be served a family style meal to each table with the quiet assistance of our
service staff. This style works well for couples that are looking for farm to table experience
but want plenty of time to dance the night away.

Choose a seasonal buffet on our farmhouse table, or a three course plated meal. Either way
you can decide which style you would like to entertain your guests.
♦ Cocktail Hour –three hors d’oeuvres, fresh crudité and farmstead cheese table
♦ Reception - choice of two entrees, two sides dishes, one salad
♦ Dessert - wedding cake and/or dessert selections, coffee and tea
♦ Round or rectangle seating tables with fruitwood ballroom chairs
♦ White china, silver flatware, and glassware
♦ Table linens and napkins in your choice of colors
$150 per person
CATERING NOTES
Catering prices estimated are for 100 guests or more. If your guest count is less
than 100 guests, you may incur a small increase per person. We offer discounted meals for
children 12 and under, and for your vendors. An additional 18% service fee is applied to
all catering prices. All catering is provided by The Inn at Fernbrook Farms. Specialized
vendors; including food trucks, cocktail carts, and outside bakery services require prior
approval.
The Inn at Fernbrook Farms does not have a liquor license; therefore, as the host you may
choose from our preferred vendors and pay them directly. Fernbrook will provide one
bartender per 75 guests for your reception. Your planner will to guide you through this
process and adjust staffing to accommodate your bar menu and needs. Additional
bartenders are available at $30 per hour. Our beverage partners also supply all the mixers,
garnishes and ice for your event. Average Budget $10 - $15 per person
