Web interface access gateway logon procedure

MC4 Retail - Brazil

Prerequisites
A Citrix client is required on the local PC.

You can download Citrix Workspace App for different operating systems at:

Download Citrix Workspace App

Depending on your system you may also need to download and install the following
certificate:

DigiCert Global Root CA

Login to the system landscape

Two logins are required to access the system landscape.

1. Login: Citrix access gateway

 Open link https://coeaccess.saphosting.de/ in browser

 Log in with following credentials:

User name: mc4retailbrazil

Password: rDnXfEFsRIZc

2. Login: Citrix Server

If the first login was successful, you will see a second login screen of the Citrix Server.
Please log in to the Citrix Server with your C-/D-/I-User and your initial password that
has been sent to you seperately.

Example:

User name: <your_username>

Password: <your_initial_password>

3. RDP session

To start the RDP session please click on the Coe-VP Desktop icon.

4. Closing Citrix Sessions

Whenever you want to close the Citrix session, please ALWAYS make sure to “Log-Off”
from Citrix. Please never “Shut down” or close the Citrix Session via the “X” button on
the Citrix window. If you just close the session using the window “X” button, your user
will still run the session in the background and will consume system resources.
