‘Modern lifestyles can seriously endanger our health’

You’ve probably heard an adult saying their lifestyles were better. Lots of elders ensure
that people used to be healthier than today. However, most of the teenagers are
comfortable with their lifestyles and can deal with their health.

Nowadays, teenagers have a lot of information about health. We can search for a good
number of articles to inform ourselves and know what is good for us.
In the past, books were the only way to learn more about how to take care of your
health, but the internet represents a powerful tool to investigate more.

However, it is more common that, now, teenagers have a sedentary way of living. They
pass a lot of time sitting on their computers and not doing enough exercise to stay
healthy.
Besides, balanced diets are being replaced by junk food and cheat meals. Teenagers
are more used to buy fast food and to consume fat than it used to be.

In conclusion, I think modern lifestyles have some critical disadvantages that seriously
affect our health. There were always problems with people’s habits, but today’s
culture presents more obstacles to being healthy.
