Products Data workbook is your current customer base with each customer revenue and profit, you are
requested to answer in two hours including the below:

Strengths: we have goof N of Sub .good amount of revenue , all products are profitable
2 weaknesses: we have to increase the N of sub on the 2nd package to the best one
We have to reduce the cost for the 2 nd package and the 3rd one to increase the profit margin
Opportunities: we have the opportunity encourage the sub on the first product to upgrade to 2nd
package
Threats: total N of sub on the 3rd package is a guide that the product have weaknesses point and we
have to reevaluate the price on the product overall to determine why we don’t have o good number of
subscribers compering two another product
