Countdown/Hangout (15 Seconds)
Purpose: When the countdown begins, prepare students
to wrap up their free time and find their small group leader.
Sample Script:
What’s up, Loop?! I’m glad you’re here! I’m ______, and
I’ll be your emcee. Let’s start off by getting into our small
groups to chat about the icebreaker.
Welcome (30 Seconds)
Purpose: Transition students from the icebreaker to
worship.
Sample Script:
Okay, Loop! Today’s icebreaker made me wonder … if
giants play tennis—is it called ping-pong? Get it?
Anyway…I promise we have way more fun in here than
my jokes tell. In fact, there are only three rules of Loop:
Respect your leaders, respect others, and respect the
room. Now, stay with your groups and get ready for
worship!
Transition to Message (30 Seconds)
Purpose: Transition students from worship to teaching
video.
Sample Script:
You guys sounded incredible! I love getting to worship
God together with you every week here at Loop. Now,
who’s ready for another awesome episode of The Loop
Show? Me too! Today’s episode is going to be epic, so
without further ado, let’s check out this week’s episode
about courage called Giant Trust.

Sample Script:
How powerful was that? Isn’t it amazing that we can trust
God with our giants? Speaking of trusting God, it’s time for
our tithes and offerings. Tithe is an older word that means
“tenth.” When we tithe, we give the first 10 percent of
money we earn or make—maybe through birthday money,
babysitting, or an allowance—back to God through the
local church so that they can use it to help more people
find out about how much God loves them. Offerings are
anything more than that. It can seem scary to trust God
with our money, but when we do, we’re showing God that
we trust Him to meet our needs and that we put Him first.
Now, let’s pray for our offering.
God, thank You for being trustworthy. Help us trust You
with our giants and with our money. Remind us that You
are with us and will never leave us. We pray that You will
use this offering to help more people find out about how
much You love them. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Announcements (60 Seconds)
Purpose: Celebrate salvations, announce upcoming
events, share series Bible Plan, and transition to activity.
Sample Script:
If you made a decision to follow Jesus, we are so excited
for you! Make sure to tell your small group leader so that
they can give you some great next steps and let your
family know. Now, listen up for some announcements!
o Our YouVersion Bible Plan this week is called
What Courage Looks Like. It’s a great way to
grow in your courage!
o 6th graders, if you’re having fun in Loop, you’ve
got to check out Switch on Wednesday nights at
6:30. It’s super fun! Also, ask your small group
leader about Swerve.
o Loop is more fun with friends, so invite your
friends to come check it out next weekend.
Now, it’s time for the best part of Loop—your small group
time! We’ll get things going with a fun activity!
