As a teenager, how you will encouraged your family or friends to do
exercise especially aerobic exercise?
As a teenager, I will encourage my family and friends to do exercise
especially on aerobic exercise through motivating them and encouraging them to join me in my journey as I do my aerobic exercise. It is because I believe that if you would like to encourage someone to do such thing, you must apply first the things you want others to do to yourself from them to follow you for in fact a follower won’t follow without a leader leading in such things. Through showcasing them the benefits and importance of the exercise, they will think and motivate themselves to try it. Because everything starts from trying and either ending up continuing or giving up. We encourage them and motivate them that exercise is great for our minds and bodies, but sometimes it’s challenging to maintain interest. That’s why exercising with a friend can be a huge benefit. Here are eight reasons to get exercising with a friend. Giving them name who had achieved goals and fitness because of doing an exercise because through this they would aim more to commit with the exercise. We must encourage them that we must exercise before it is too late by involving them with the exercise we are doing like doing a jog with your whole family as a bonding and to build more commitment in exercise. Scheduling days where the whole family can do exercise so they can have fun and won’t feel exercise as a tiring activity but thinking of it as an exciting one. I will evaluate them the causes if they won’t exercise and live life with exercise. We need to enlighten them that exercise is like half of our lives and if we don’t do exercise, then we won’t live longer and we won’t live life like we wanted to do. Tell them that will gave our life fortune because we can be flexible in things that we can develop through exercise.
